Northern Comforts
Northern Comforts is a musical project from Turku, Finland. Vino plays several instruments, writes
songs and lyrics. Flora Kok has been vocalist since late 2016. Taru stood in front of mike before
her. Northern Comforts music don´t respect genrelines much:
a broad variety of influences can be heard. Lyrics reflect many themes and emotions, not evading darker sides of life.
Jon Perla Negra
Jon Perla Negra is a Finnish singer/songwriter. Jon calls his style Amor Folk, which can be described as a genre of combination of small words, big emotions and nuances of various cultures and musical traditions. Jon writes his songs mostly in Spanish and occasionally in English and Finnish as well.
Jon formed his first bands in the late 1980's in Finland. These bands played rock and progressive rock. He participated also in other musical projects such as folk and experimental improvisation bands.
Jon lived in Spain 2005-2014 and there he started to make music again after almost 20 years break.
